One fine day...

Last weekend, my boyfriend took me to my favorite nearby destination-- Tagaytay!

Besides the cool air, gorgeous view and yummy food, I adore Tagaytay because it gives me an excuse to wear cold weather clothes! Yayyy!

For this trip, I wore the cutest mustard scarf Ela got me for Christmas, plus mums cardigan and an old bag from HK.

Thanks, bro!

Wore my brother's shirt out last Friday, and got so many compliments!

Let me tell you, he has some pretty neat stuff in his closet! Expect to see them in some of my next entries... :D

Except...should I worry that this is a Zara Man medium and it's fits me just right?

Eeek. :p

Brown+Gray=?

I got the idea from an issue of my fave Lucky magazine. It was just the regular fashion spread and the model looked fantasticin the color combination. I wasnt sure if it was just her skin tone or hourglass figure that got the outfit to work, but i wanted to give it a try.

And what do you know? After several attempts, I came up with an outfit I was excited to wear to work! My satin top and gray slacks totally worked :)

I'm so happy I renewed my magazine subscription! =D

Come in red!

It was my BF's neice's birthday party yesterday. And instead of getting a chance to wear the sweet new mini my cousin gave me for Christmas,
I found out last minute that there was a dress code to follow. Hmph.

Thank goodness for this plaid red top I bought for work last year, and for my old pair of white shorts.  The fit was quite snug-- I think it's time to get a new pair. :D

Prettify for the dead?

My aunt's husband just passed away.

It sucks that my first fashion entry has to do with what Im wearing to his wake.

But then again, what better time to start this blog than when I'm lovin my outfit? Besides, how many blogs talk about dressing up for a wake? :-p

My mum said to go in either black or white. I wanted to avoid monochrome (i rightly assumed everyone there would be in a black top and jeans, or a white top and black pants) so I stuck to the rule, but played with both non-colors, instead.

Here's what I came up with. Pretty chic wear for something the "host" won't get to appreciate, don't you agree?
